I work with clients experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress/burnout, grief, trauma impacts, school refusal, parenting challenges. If I’m not the best fit, I’ll help you find someone who is.

We’ll clarify goals, gather relevant history, and agree on a plan. There’s no pressure to share anything before you’re ready.

This varies by goals and circumstances. Many clients notice change within 6–8 sessions; some prefer short‑term focused work, others longer‑term.
Getting Started

≥48 hours’ notice: no fee. <48 hours or no‑show: 50% of the session fee. Emergencies are handled compassionately, please contact me as soon as you can.

Yes. I keep your information private except in specific legal/ethical limits, such as risk of serious harm, child safety concerns, or court orders. We’ll cover this in our consent form.

Tuesdays & Wednesdays at 9:00am, 10:30am, 11:45am, and 1:30pm (AEST). Alternate Mondays available on enquiry. Saturdays by appointment.

Telehealth & In-person

Yes, secure video via Teams and Google Meet. You can have your counselling sessions in the comfort of your home, you may want to use headphones or find a quiet space.

I am not currently offering in-person sessions however this can change in the future.
